Filmed in Costa Rica along the Tempisque River, this wildlife travelogue was filmed in 2009 for National Geographic Television. 
The river passes though the Palo Verde National Park, an important habitat for crocodiles, monkeys, iguanas and birds.

The music of Yukari Watanabe, a Japanese pianist and composer, was added later.
